What do I need in order for MicFin to review my claim?
To help us fight your case, please have the following documents ready for our initial consultation:
- Policy Schedule & Proof of payments
- Official Death Documents
- The formal email or letter from the insurer stating exactly why they declined the claim
If you don’t have all of these yet, don’t worry. Contact us anyway, and we will guide you on how to obtain the missing pieces from the relevant authorities.
What are the costs of MicFin Consult?
Consultations only R250 per consultation.
You only pay our R1250 success fee if the claim is paid.
